Updating Account Information

Ordering

You will be guided through the process of placing an order on the Site by following a series of simple instructions. You will be offered the opportunity to review your proposed order and confirm or correct it prior to finally placing your order. You place your order request for goods from TravelBagSize.com by clicking on the Place Order button in the Order Review section of the Checkout process.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all the details for your order are correct as you go through this confirmation and review process, especially the delivery address.

Once you have successfully placed your order, we will send to you an email acknowledgement providing you with the details of your order, including the amount which has been debited to your credit/debit card, and the delivery address. At this point we are confirming that we have received your Order, not that we have accepted it.

We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any orders that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions.

We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment, we suspect fraudulent activity or violation of our Terms and Conditions (including our Privacy Policy) or if we identify a product or pricing error.

Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, our acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place when we have dispatched the goods ordered by you. To cancel your order after it has been dispatched to you, you will need to follow the instructions as set out in the Returns and Refunds section below.

Within the order packaging, you will find a dispatch note with details of your order. If the items listed on the dispatch note do not match those contained in your delivery, please notify us immediately.

Viewing Orders

You can view your order history and the status of any orders you have placed with us by accessing your Account page.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

You may pay using a credit card, debit card or your Paypal account.

You must confirm that the credit card, debit card or Paypal account that is being used is yours.

For your added security we are a member of the 3-D Secure online card payment scheme, and are qualified to use both the "Verified by VISA" and "MasterCard SecureCode" logos. If you choose to pay by using a credit or debit card which is a member of the 3-D Secure scheme you will be redirected to their site on placing your order to authorise the payment.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, whether in advance or subsequent to a payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

If your credit/debit card is for a currency other than GB Pounds the total cost of your order will be converted to your local currency by your credit/debit card issuer. We have no control over any conversion rates or charges incurred by you with your credit/debit card issuer.

All prices indicated for products available via the Site are in GB Pounds and are inclusive of VAT at the current rates but exclude delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered and delivery charges as selected by you during the Checkout process.

From time to time we will publish specific Discount Voucher Codes which will enable customers to receive a discount on the products that they purchase. These Discount Codes, Coupon Codes or Voucher Codes must be entered into the appropriate box on the shopping cart page and applied by clicking the "Apply Coupon" button. The respective discount will then be applied to the relevant items in the shopping cart. The discount can be removed by clicking the "Cancel Coupon" button.

Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch

All orders will usually be dispatched the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays.

Orders will be dispatched to the address entered and confirmed by you in the checkout process. Your order confirmation e-mail will contain these details.

If we fail to dispatch any ordered goods within 21 days of accepting your order we will notify you. You will be entitled to a full refund of monies paid in respect of such goods if you require.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are per order and will be calculated depending upon the contents of your Shopping Cart and the delivery address.

Shipping Methods

The order is scheduled to arrive at the delivery address in accordance with the shipping method you have chosen (details below). A single order can only be delivered to one address. If you require to send orders to multiple addresses you will need to place a separate order for each address.

Royal Mail First Class Standard.

If you choose to have your order dispatched by Royal Mail First Class Standard you accept entire responsibility for damage or non-delivery of the order. We advise against using Royal Mail First Class Standard but recognise that some customers may wish to use this option for Low Value orders and therefore offer this service. Delivery typically within 1 to 3 days after dispatch.

Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery.

A signature will be required for Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. This is our recommended shipping method. Delivery typically within 1 to 3 days after dispatch.

Royal Mail Standard Parcels.

The Royal Mail Standard Parcel service includes insurance up to the value of £500 for your order. This service is recommended for high value orders and is particularly cost effective for heavier items and orders. Delivery typically within 5 to 7 days after dispatch.

Royal Mail Airmail International Signed For.

The Royal Mail Airmail International Signed For service includes insurance up to the value of £500 for your order. This service is available for orders up to 2Kg in weight that are to be delivered to addresses outside of mainland UK. Delivery typically within 3 to 5 days after dispatch for European destinations and 5 to 7 days Worldwide.

Free Shipping.

The complimentary Free Shipping service is only available for delivery to addresses within the UK where the cost of the goods purchased is equal to, or greater than, £30. Royal Mail Second Class Standard service (or equivalent) will be used for Free Shipping. Delivery typically within 5 days after dispatch.

Loss, Damage or Delay

Time for delivery shall not be of the essence and we shall not be liable for any loss, damage or delay in delivery as this is a service provided by Royal Mail.

You are responsible for making any relevant claim against Royal Mail for loss, damage or delay for the delivery of your order. We will provide any necessary documentation in support of any claim you may wish to make against Royal Mail.

Failed Deliveries

If the goods cannot be delivered to the delivery address, for whatever reason, you are responsible for any subsequent charges for further attempts to deliver your order.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and Refunds

We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original (unopened and unused) condition for a refund within 14 working days from delivery, provided that you follow the returns process (below) and tell us within 7 working days after delivery that you intend to return them.

We will refund the price of the goods in full within thirty (30) days of receiving your notification that you would like to return the products, provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original (unopened and unused) condition within 14 working days of delivery.

Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.

You are responsible for the full cost of returning the goods to us.

Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

The Returns Process

STEP 1. - Notifying Us Of Your Intention To Return Your Order.
Notification of your intention to return any goods within the period of 7 working days after the day of delivery can be done by emailing us or using the Contact Us section of the Site with your order details. Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used.

STEP 2. - Returning The Product(s).
We will notify you of the address to be used to return the products. Please ensure that the returned parcel is properly sealed, and that you have included the original dispatch note. We strongly recommend that the parcel is sent by a recorded delivery service, i.e. one that requires a signature upon receipt. You should retain your "proof of posting" receipt in order to make any claim for goods lost in transit with your delivery service provider as we will not process a refund if we do no receive the goods. We will not accept any liability for returned goods lost in transit.

STEP 3. - Processing The Refund.
We will process the refund within thirty (30) days of receiving your notification that you would like to return the products provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original (unopened and unused) condition within 14 working days from delivery. You will receive e-mail notification of your refund.
