Daily Energizer Wake-Up Booster is a light gel lotion that is said to revive skin tone and complexion radiance first thing in the morning. It is claimed to deliver an instantly effective and refreshing cocktail of redcurrant, green coffee and white tea that rehydrates and revitalises, leaving skin looking bright and fresh.

The product should be applied after cleansing and before using daytime skin care. It is presented in a 125ml bottle.

The Daily Energizer line offers moisturisers (all 30ml) in three different textures to cater for the needs of all skin types. The products are said to help diminish the appearance of imperfections, revive healthy-looking skin and boost complexion radiance. They are all non-comedogenic and allergy tested.

Daily Energizer Lotion SPF 15 delivers lightweight, oil-free protection from UV rays, while Daily Energizer Cream delivers additional comfort to skin that is normal to dry. Daily Energizer Cream-Gel, with its “no shine effect” has been designed for normal to combination skin.

Daily Energizer Cleansing Gel (75ml tube) aims to remove all make-up and eliminate impurities that make complexions look dull and can cause spots and imperfections to appear.

The Clarins Daily Energizer range features a refreshing orange, vitamin-inspired colour-scheme and are scented with a complementary fruity fragrance.

BA and Iberia announce merger

November 13th, 2009 by Rob | Filed in Air Travel

British Airways and Spain’s Iberia have announced an agreement for a £4 billion merger to create the world’s third-largest airline.

The deal is expected to be formalised in the first quarter of next year and closed towards the end of 2010. The merger will see BA shareholders holding 55 percent of the new company while Iberia will hold 45 percent.

The newly created holding company, which will own the two airlines, will continue to let the airlines keep their own licences, codes and brands for the first five years of the merger. So the British Airways brand will not disappear just yet!

The new company will combine British Airways’ strong position in transatlantic traffic with Iberia’s Latin American business, with 419 aircraft flying to 205 destinations.

The firms said the planned merger will lead to about 400m euros (£350m) of cost savings – a welcome relief to shareholders after both companies have recently posted major losses.

Ahead of the announcement of a deal, BA shares closed 7.5 percent higher at 206.8 pence, while Iberia shares ended up 11.8 percent at 2.22 euros.
